Landscape designer and artist Coray is based in Falmouth, Cornwall, an area to which she first moved to study garden design at University College Falmouth.
She completed her studies in 2010 as one of the final graduates because the course is to close in 2012. She went on to set up her own design practice in the town, while enrolling on the university's newly-established art and environment masters course.
Coray said: "The course will become more about continuing education and professional development. Everyone who has done the course feels that it is a shame it is closing."
The RHS has also suggested that she enters the new Fresh category, which has replaced urban gardens at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. It involves building modular 3x3m gardens.
