The Surrey centre attracted more than 500 people to its open days this month and raised thousands of pounds of sponsorship for managing director Chris Milan's Lands End to John O'Groats charity cycle ride.
The centre won Best Themed Display at the Garden Retail Awards 2008 with its North Pole Adventure scheme and plans to increase its Christmas offer this winter.
General manager Phil Barnden said: "We really want to push the boundaries this year. This is part of the reason for the open days - to see how our booking system will work so no queues build up.
"We'd like to be 15 per cent ahead of last year but we are being realistic. We're not as established in Christmas as at other centres, but we're trying to make December our fourth-biggest month."
