Winning Garden Retail best new product award helps company

Growth Technology representative Mike McCall (pictured, left, with managing director Manos Kanellos) said winning the Garden Retail best new product award last year for Orchid Myst helped the company reach 450 garden centres.

The firm is growing 20-30 per cent year on year, after four years ago having 50 garden centre accounts. "We have 19 per cent of the orchid feeds market, which is amazing for a small company with 35 employees," said McCall. The new product promoted at Garden Press Day was Houseplant Myst.
