Trentham set for Tatton

Trentham Gardens is set to help recreate the "sound of the summer" at RHS Tatton Park Flower Show, which runs from July 25-28.

‘Sound Idea’, is designed by Clive Mollart & Clive Scott, it has been built by NJC Landscapes and August Garden Designs and sponsored by The Trentham Estate and echomap.

The garden makes use of the interactive nature of generative soundscapes and colourscapes, which will be created by people moving within the garden via sensors and smart-phone technology. The central feature is a curved interactive timber sound wall that provides a focal point within this relaxing and intriguing garden.

Following its appearance at Hampton Court and Tatton, the garden will transfer to Trentham Gardens.
