One of six new machines from the grounds division, the LT3340 builds on the legacy of Hayter triple-cylinder mowers and is designed to meet the demanding needs of the commercial market. Attention has been paid to comfort, flexibility, ease of maintenance and improved efficiency and performance.
"The new model has been designed with 10 per cent higher ground speed, enabling the user to move the machine from one site to another faster than the out-going LT3240," said Toro Grounds product marketing manager Chris Cooper.
"The LT3340 also features the 'limited life in reverse' function appreciated by operators on the Toro CT series."
The tilting platform and large opening engine cover give quick and easy access to all service points, helping to reduce running costs.
Other new machines receiving the Toro makeover include the Groundsmaster 3400 out-front rotary and a range of HoverPro air-cushion mowers.
