The Thames Gateway Forum - held at the O2 arena in London on 3-4 November - will also feature Natural England acting chairman Poul Christensen, Thames Gateway minister Shahid Malik and former London mayor Ken Livingstone.
The forum provides a chance to visit development sites in the region on 4 November, including the Olympic Park and Lee Valley, Basildon Renaissance area and the Royal Docks and Barking riverside.
Networking sessions will be a key feature of the event, along with the opportunity to explore 60 stands. A drinks reception will take place at Mitre Passage at Greenwich Peninsula on 3 November.
