Tender - Woodland and Forestry Services

Read on for the latest tender from Horticulture Week's Tenders Tracker service for contractors and suppliers to the horticulture and landscape industry.

Client: Forestry and Land Scotland

Location: Scotland

Value: £12.5m

Contract duration: 60 months

Woodland Establishment across Scotland through a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is an electronic system of pre-qualified Contractors from which the Authority invites Contractors to tender via Mini-Competition. A DPS has many aspects that are similar to a framework agreement, one main difference is that it must be an electronic process and new Contractors can apply to join at any time during the period of the DPS. A DPS is a two stage process:

Stage 1 - Throughout the period of the DPS, applicants can apply to participate by completing the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD).
Stage 2 - FLS will issue a Mini-Competition against the relevant Lot in the DPS. All Contractors registered for that Lot shall be invited to tender.

Tender submission deadline: 16/09/2019
