Grounds Maintenance Contract
West Oxfordshire District Council owns the Talisman Business Centre that comprises of 13 commercial/office units which covers an approximate area of 7.7 acres.
The Grounds Maintenance Contract is due for renewal and in line with the councils Procurement Polices this contract is going out to tender.
The tenants of the Talisman pay for all ground works in their service charges & expect an excellent service delivery.
The parking spaces are monitored by a private company so you will need to contact Diane Verran firstname.lastname@example.org; or David Thurlow email@example.com; with your vehicle details and the day you will be visiting the site. We are unable to waive any fixed penalty notices.
If you wish to visit the external areas of the site please do not contact any of the tenants to the units. The site plan & specification should provide all guidance required to submit you're tender. Unit 1 is fenced off and if you need to look around the external element then please follow the procedures that the tenants of Unit 1 specify for security reasons.
