Tender - Grounds maintenance in Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland's Department for Communities Historic Environment Division is tendering for grounds maintenance services for the monuments in its care.

The department stresses the sensitive nature of the irreplaceable historic sites and the specialist care needed given the presence of buried archaeological remains.

The four-year contract is in lots and is worth between £406,000 and £609,000. Documents are available online at https://etendersni.gov.uk.
