Work will include grass cutting and looking after shrubs, flowerbeds, boarders, planters and hedges.
Contractors will also tackle hard-standing car parks, estate roads, pedestrian walkways and upkeep of trees, said a spokeswoman.
"There will be four contracts and each lot will cover a different geographic region," she said of the deals, ranging in value from £27,000 to £91,000.
"It is envisaged contracts will each last for an initial three-year period with up to two one-yearly extensions."
