Sales and marketing director Chris Ramsden said new products for 2015 included bigger plant ranges and new gift items.

Wong's Growing for Taste book is published in March 2015. Sutton's Wong plant range includes cucumelon, inca berry and indigo rose. It will launch in week 18.

Suttons also has a revised range of chillies.

Ramsden said there would be no more redundancies at the Devon company after 15 staff went this summer, adding: "We're launching new products and taking costs out."
