Barcham Trees owner the Allen family is in 405th place, worth £160m (up £75m), mainly from Bourne Leisure, the caravan park and holiday camp company. Focus DIY founders Bill Archer and Greg Stanley are valued at £125m and £115m respectively.
Haskins Group managing director Warren Haskins is valued at £103m, after the estimated £100m sale of 45-store arts and crafts group HobbyCraft to private equity firm Bridgepoint last week. His fortune is up from £66m in 2009. HobbyCraft and Haskins Holdings collectively made £8.2m profits on £92.4m sales in 2008/09 accounts.
Root vegetable and potato growers Alan and Ronnie Bartlett are valued at £95m, up from £67m. Gardman founder Paris Natar is in 923th place, worth £70m after selling a controlling stake to Barclays Private Equity in 2007.
