Speaking at the RHS London autumn show, Biggs said she had met 550 of the RHS's 700 staff and visited all seven of its sites since starting eight weeks ago.
The RHS announced Sarah Eberle as the designer for a Monaco show garden and Jim Fogarty for an RBG Melbourne design for the 2011 RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
Clifton Nurseries will have a first outdoor exhibit and Kelways will have a 160th anniversary indoor "peony valley". Hardy's will have a larger exhibit, Jon Wheatley an indoor exhibit and Interflora a 12m hanging indoor display.
Luciano Giubbilei's Laurent Perrier garden, Patrick Collins's and Laurie Chetwood's B&Q garden and Robert Myers's Cancer Research garden will also feature.
