With over 17 years experience in the travel, tourism and leisure industry, she has extensive skills in managing integrated above the line and below the line marketing and PR campaigns, brands, digital marketing, customer loyalty programmes, market research and event management. Her main focus at Squire’s will be to continue developing customer loyalty and increase footfall across their group of 14 centres.
She said: "I’m delighted to be working within a family-run business that’s showing continual growth and that continues to re-invest in the business. With the recent purchase of three new centres there is great potential for the business and I’m looking forward to driving this."
Former Squire's HR and marketing director Sarah Squire, who is now deputy chairman, added "We’re thrilled to welcome Karen into the Squire’s family as she brings a wealth of experience to the team, and we wish her every success in her new role."
