Scottish housing association offers landscape maintenance deal

The two year Open Space Maintenance tender is worth up to £3.2m over 2 years.

The works include implementation of a maintenance schedule of grassed areas, rough grassed areas, shrub beds, isolated trees and woodland in accordance. The cutting period will be from April to October annually with winter maintenance from November to March.

Locations will generally fall within the six geographical lots of the framework (Scotland wide) outlinedbelow, but may include any other geographical areas in future after new build developments.

Contractors may apply for:

Lot No 1 - North West

Lot No 2 - North East

Lot No 3 - East

Lot No 4 - West

Lot No 5 - Central

Lot No 6 - Central East

Appointments to the framework shall be awarded for 2 years initially with an option to extend annually for up to 2 further years, to a maximum of 4 years.

Expressions of interest may be submitted until 20 February 2023.
