Sarah Price to speak on Olympic gardens at English Gardening School

The English Garden School will next month host Innovations in Planting Design: The Olympic Park gardens and other projects, a lecture by garden designer Sarah Price.

Price will explore the process of designing innovative planting schemes, giving an insider’s view on the 2012 Olympic Park gardens and other projects at the event which takes place on 10th November.

She will offer insights into how the planting designs were conceptualised, designed and implemented and will be maintained. The talk is aimed at both professional designers and keen gardeners.

Price is a RHS gold medal winner garden designer. She co-designed the 2012 gardens at the Olympic Park in east London and remains at the core of the team planning the post-Games legacy design and maintenance of the gardens.
