The first of the autumn talks by the Royal Institute of British Architects London will look at what next for built-environment professionals and design review strategies.
"We will look at whether existing models are an effective means of giving design its teeth in the planning system," said a representative of the London events.
The second event, on homes and sustainability, is on 2 November. Speakers from planning and eco groups will tackle conservation.
The final event, on how to revive housing development, is on 16 November. It will look at the need for a complete re-evaluation of homes and land values.
