Thorncroft Clematis features on 13 May in one of five programmes which will visit some of the nurseries who are preparing for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2014 and will revisit them again once they are at the show to see what they have managed to create.

The BBC said: "As last minute preparations are being made by Britain's best growers and green-fingered designers, the team behind the BBC's coverage bring you exclusive access from the showground to witness the highs and lows of preparing for this national celebration of British gardening.

"In this programme, Joe Swift reports from the grounds of the Royal Hospital, meeting key exhibitors and choosing favourite moments from classic Chelsea reporting going back over the years."

Coverage of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show runs from May 18-25 May. Nicki Chapman and Andy Sturgeon will be reporting  from the show ground at 3pm every weekday afternoon on BBC1 while Monty Don and Joe Swift will look back at the day's events at 8pm every evening on BBC2. Sophie Raworth and Joe Swift will also bring reports of the day's events at 7.30pm on Monday and Friday evenings.
