Redwood Stone wins legal battle over Garden Dreams

After a two year legal battle, garden folly and heritage stonework specialist Redwood Stone now owns the business and intellectual property rights of Garden Dreams including the Antique Country range.

At Glee in 2008 Redwood clashed with two former employees, Paul Carpenter and Sean Gibson, whose Garden Dreams company exhibited at the show despite a court order preventing it using the designs and techniques belonging to Redwood.

Redwood has had two High Court Orders in their favour and owner Tim Redwood said: "After months of legal wrangling I am delighted to be able to confirm that the legal action between Redwood Stone and Garden Dreams has been resolved. We are now happy and able to look after all past, present and future customers of both companies.

"We look forward to clearing up any confusion with customers that have been caught in the crossfire of this unpleasant phase irrespective of any past difficulties."
