Record-breaking Easter lifts grocery spend as Lidl surges in fresh

The latest grocery market share figures from market analyst Kantar show total year-on-year sales increased by 2.0% during the 12 weeks to 21 April 2019, bolstered by a record-breaking £2.5 billion spent during the Easter week.
