Q. I am looking for a chainsaw that will prove to be good value for money - not necessarily a top-of-the-range machine, but one that will cut logs from a tree that fell recently in high winds. A nearby store is able to obtain one petrol chainsaw - the Ryobi RCS4040CB. What are the strengths of this model? It seems to be in wide circulation and this bodes well for it. Also, I want to own a chainsaw that will fell trees and I note that the blade length of this particular model is 40cm (16in). Should you be able to link to a review or report/test for this chainsaw, I would be most grateful.
