The grower, a BPOA member which supplied bedding plants, hanging baskets, patio plants and perennials plants to local authorities, garden centres, and businesses in East Anglia, "had been winding down over the past 12 months", said owner Clive Sperrink.
He told Horticulture Week:
"We used to employ seven full-time. It's a combination of age and no one to carry it on that has brought the closure.
"The site will probably get built on. Right now we're just pulling everything up."
