He is responsible for the delivery of all studio projects and site works, and will oversee  the development of all the junior studio team members.
Hull joined JPS following graduation from Sparsholt College, Hampshire where he got a BSc (Hons) in Garden Design. He had previously studied wildlife conservation, and is also particularly interested in how landscape positively effects human well-being.
He said: "I can’t express how pleased I am to be given the new role. It’s very refreshing to have significant input in the way a company develops and help the rest of our fantastic team grow and reach their potential. Managing site operations is one of my favourite areas and there are many exciting JPS Signature projects coming up, which I look forward to leading through to completion."
Managing director Denise Wright said the promotion was a recognition of Hull's "incredible commitment, positive energy and focus on teamwork".
"Over the past two years, Chris has proven himself to be not only a talented designer and horticulturalist but a natural and likeable leader," she added.
