Scheme comprises construction of employment building (B1(c) B2 or B8 use) with ancillary office area, associated vehicle parking and turning, landscaping, access from shelton boulevard and external works including SUDS. The associated works include sewer systems, landscaping, cable laying, infrastructure, enabling works and access roads.

Trees specified: Acer campestre, Alnus glutinosa, Betula pubescens, Betula pendula, Crataegus monogyna, Corylus avellana, Ilex aquifolium, Prunus spinosa, Prunus Avium, Quercus robur, Rosa canina, Salix cinerea, Salix fragilis and Viburnum opulus.

Shrubs specified: Aucuba japonica Rozannie, Berberis thunbergii Red Chief, Cornus sanguinea Mid-Winter Fire, Euonymus europaeus, Ligustrum vulgare, Lonicera nitida Maigreen, Prunus laurocerasus Otto Luyken, Viburnum davidii and Viburnum tinus Eve Price.
