Positive buzz at inaugural Hard Landscaping Show

Exhibitors say they are pleased with the quality of visitors on the first day on the Hard Landscaping Show.

Early numbers for the show were "very good," according to show organiser Steve Callaghan.

Exhibitors including Quercus Fencing, Progreen Weed Control, BALI and Stihl, told HW they had been pleased with initial visitors.

Progreen director Robert Boothman said:  "We didn't know what to expect but there has been a steady flow of people."

A judging panel was reviewing entries, results for which will be announced 25 March.

Around 30 projects were submitted in the landscaping category with three entries short listed.
They are:  Jackson's Landscape Design, The Gardenmakers and Claudia de Yong.
