The azure courts were laid by PJ Careys with space and temporary seats for 10,000 spectators installed by Slick Seating Systems.
Acrylic surfacing for nine competition and four warm-up courts topped a black-top hard surface and took two months to finish. The courts will host wheelchair tennis, said main contractor Mansells Construction Services.
The project at Eton Manor will be one of the last venues to be completed on the 200ha Olympic Park.
After the games, the multi-purpose sport facilities will be owned, funded and managed by Lee Valley Regional Park Authority.
