Tobacco whitefly was found on Helianthemum in Lancashire on 14 September, for which the plants were either treated or destroyed.
Ramorum in Northumberland
Another outbreak of Phytophthora ramorum on rhododendrons, this time in Northumberland on 7 September, was spotted by experts.
Pink tea mite found in camelias
Pink tea mite was found on camellia in Norfolk on 8 September, for which the plants were treated.
