It will start working with the new provider this month, with the first intake due to start this September. Pershore replaces Capel Manor College after winning a tender for the new contract.
Apprentices will train for three years on block release at Pershore in Worcestershire and at one of London's eight Royal Parks, where college staff will visit them.
Pershore is part of Warwickshire College. Head of park services Dennis Clarke said the scheme represents "a fantastic opportunity" for the apprentices.
