Nicola Waller, head of buying for fresh produce, Waitrose

Nicola Waller, a former category manager for Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's, has joined Waitrose as head of buying for fresh produce.

She joins the supermarket chain after three years working as director of food at Selfridges.
