New Tenders - Grounds maintenance

The Homes and Communities Agency is looking for a grounds maintenance contractor for six sites in the north east of England.

Typical planned works include site inspections, recommendations for necessary works, dealing with incidences of vandalism, flytipping, trespass and adjustments to the scheduled works as well as grass cutting, shrub maintenance, hedge cutting, weed control and cleansing.
