New Tenders - Grounds maintenance and arboriculture

Option for contract to last 15 years.

Northamptonshire housing association Spire Homes in Rushden is looking for "high quality, good value" gounds maintenance.

The five-year contract runs to 31 October 2020 and has an option to be extended for a second five years and then another five.

The work includes grass cutting, litter picking, maintenance and cleaning of hard landscape, paths, patios, car parking areas and unadopted access roads, maintenance and relevant horticultural and arboricultural tasks to planted areas, shrub beds, hedging and trees and maintenance of external bin areas.

The deadline for completed PQQs and requests to participate is 1pm on 6 March. Email for details. Invitations to tender will be sent out on 17 Arpil.

The anticipated contract value is between £200,000 and £250,000 a year, meaning the total value over 15 years could be up to £3.75m.
