Scottish garden centre New Hopetoun Gardens has confirmed that it will continue its sponsorship of the Floral Hall at Gardening Scotland for the 2014 show.

It is the third year of support by New Hopetoun for Scotland's national gardening event. Owner Dougal Philip said: "Sponsoring the Floral Hall has been a great opportunity for New Hopetoun Gardens. It has enabled us to engage with regular customers and meet many potential new customers and to get our message into all sorts of places that wouldn't have been possible by ourselves.

"For 2014 our theme will be Herbs at Hopetoun and we will be creating a really inspiring display in a prime position right at the front of the Floral Hall that will allow us to engage with visitors and to answer all the questions that we regularly get asked in the garden centre about growing culinary herbs."

Gardening Scotland organiser Martin Dare said: " The partnership between New Hopetoun and Gardening Scotland has been extremely beneficial for the Show and hugely popular with visitors and we are delighted that it will be continuing for 2014.

"The Floral Hall is the very heart of Gardening Scotland and New Hopetoun Gardens have used their expertise with plants to engage with the audience in inspiring ways so we anticipate that they will once again bring their unique blend of enthusiasm and knowledge both to the Floral Hall and to their appearances in the RHS Theatre at the Show."

Gardening Scotland 2014 will take place from 30 May unti 1 June at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh.
