New cider makers chairman calls for Budget cider duty cuts

Aston Manor's Gordon Johncox, who has taken over as chairman of the National Association of Cider Makers (NACM), told delegates at the All-Party Parliamentary Cider Group "we need an excise duty structure that allows all cider makers to flourish".
