National Trust's Valentine's Day flower count shows "normal spring" on the way

Gardens in Cornwall have seen 33% more blooms than last year and those in Devon 31%. However the lack of some varieties which have come through in previous years shows we are due a "normal spring" says National Trust garden's advisor in the south, Ian Wright.
