MorePeople launches MorePerformance website

Specialist recruitment and training business MorePeople has launched a new website for its training business – MorePerformance.

The new website has been designed to provide new and existing clients with information to help them source training and development.

MorePerformance was launched as a separate service in 2003 and specialises in the training and development of people within the fresh produce, horticulture, food, agriculture and garden and leisure industries.

MorePeople director Guy Moreton said: "We all know that traditionally, training is one of the first areas to take a cut during tough economic times – it’s seen as the easy option.  But we’re delighted that many of our clients understand it’s important not to underestimate the value training can add to an organisation and its future success, and that difficult times, are in fact, a prime opportunity to build upon the skills of the workforce in readiness for an upturn.

"Our training programmes do exactly that – they are cost effective, sector relevant and if desired, tailored specifically to the needs of the business."

The new website provides information about open workshops, bespoke in-house courses, and an ILM approved Leadership Development Programme and features a booking facility.

Moreton added: "MorePerformance continues to go from strength to strength.  We are always here to listen to our clients and their needs, offering a variety of solutions to help achieve their training strategy and develop their future leaders."
