Feltham, in the London Borough of Hounslow, west London is undergoing a town centre regeneration, with plans including new and enhanced public realm and green space, housing, improved cycling and walking access, a shopping centre, a leisure complex, retail and dining.

Feltham is included within the Heathrow Opportunity Area which is designated as a Housing Zone by the Mayor of London, unlocking funding and resources to deliver new housing, infrastructure and improvements for the town centre.

Land set aside for development includes Feltham’s Ministry of Defence site which has now been released.

The council published the The Feltham Masterplan, produced by Urban Initiatives Studio, last year.

Maydencroft’s Windsor office is hoping "to play a significant role in the regeneration of Feltham in the coming year" according to Maydencroft regional manager Sam Eagling Fernandez.

As a first step the firm has cleared and restored the main feature of Feltham Pond in Feltham Green, a  task which included pollarding trees. clearing undergrowth and working on a suitable outlet solution so water can flow in and out of the pond.

Eagling Fernandez added: "We hope that with our considerable expertise in the management and development of rural and urban environments, and using our range of specialist consultants who operate across many fields, Maydencroft will play a significant role in the regeneration of Feltham in the coming years."

Maydencroft is ranked at number six in the Horticulture Week Top UK Arboriculture Businesses 2018.
