May backs exceptional case of seasonal farm labour migration

The Prime Minister Theresa May has backed proposals to reduce low-skill immigration post-Brexit and to treat EU workers no different to those from the rest of the world, but has left open the option of a seasonal agricultural workers scheme (SAWS).
