Raglan Garden Centre owner Martin Davies will replace Trelawney Garden Centres director David Danning as GCA chairman in January. Davies said: "I will endeavour to maintain the momentum David Danning has achieved and hopefully my recent liking for this role will blossom into a full-on affair."
