YPO is looking for Providers to be join a framework agreement for the provision of groundscare machinery, equipment and tools for use primarily within local authorities.
The framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations, which includes YPO’s internal requirements.
The contract is split into 20 lots:
- Lot 1 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Pedestrian Rotary Collector Mowers
- Lot 2 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Pedestrian Cylinder Mowers
- Lot 3 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Ride-on Rotary Mid-deck Mowers
- Lot 4 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Ride-on Flail Mid-deck Mowers
- Lot 5 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Ride-on Zero-turn Mowers
- Lot 6 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Ride-on Out-front Rotary Mowers
- Lot 7 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Ride-on Triple Flail Mowers
- Lot 8 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Ride-on Wide Area Rotary Mowers
- Lot 9 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Slope/Embankment Mower
- Lot 10 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Agricultural Tractors
- Lot 11 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Utility Tractors
- Lot 12 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Flatbed Trailers
- Lot 13 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Electric Tipping Trailers
- Lot 14 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Blowers/Vacuums
- Lot 15 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Powered and Non-Powered Saws
- Lot 16 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Chippers/Shredders
- Lot 17 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Strimmers
- Lot 18 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Hedge Cutters/Trimmers/Pruners
- Lot 19 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Groundscare Utility Vehicles
- Lot 20 - Purchase and/or Contract Hire of Associated Groundscare Equipment/Tools and/or Miscellaneous Items
The contract is scheduled to run from 06/10/2023 to 05/10/2027.
The deadline date for receipt of expressions of interest is 04/09/2023.
