Lovania shortlisted for business award

Lovania Nurseries has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2014 E3 Business Awards for its rapid business growth over the last few years.

The award ceremony will be held at Reebok Stadium Bolton on 18 September.

UK Grower Award winner Lovania, which supplies supermarkets and 500 garden centres with alpine and bedding plants it grows in 16ha of glasshouses in Lancashire, was selected from hundreds of nominees in the north west to become one of the four finalists for the ‘high growth business of the year’ category.

General manager Charmay Prout said: "We’re thrilled to be nominated and felt that the category was right for us because of the paid growth over the past few years."
