Long term weed control tender up for grabs in Yorkshire

North Yorkshire County Council is offering up to £2 million over ten years.

A single contractor is sought to undertake an annual programme of weed control spraying in defined areas of North Yorkshire's settlements, villages, towns and main roads. The contract covers the whole of the North Yorkshire County area.

The contract will run from 2 May 2022 until 1 May 2032.

The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest is 7 February 2022.
