Long term national grounds maintenance tender on offer

3 March 2022,

Progress Housing Group requires a grounds maintenance contractor to provide Supported Living Ground Maintenance services.

The tender is worth up to £3,018,000 over six years.

Tasks include maintaining grassed areas, hedges, small trees, shrubs, climbing plants, border maintenance, sweeping, weeding leaf clearance and hard surfaces plus occasional additional works such as jet washing, treatment of invasive weeds, tree surveys and moss removal.

The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest is 1 April 2022.
