Kubota unveils biggest ever tractor at Scotsgrass

A 132hp Kubota tractor will be unveiled to the public for the first time at the Scotsgrass show in Dumfries today (11 May).

The M130X has a four-cylinder engine with new electronic fuelling and governing and an intelli-shift 16 speed transmission with eight-speed powershift and auto filed/road modes.

The new purpose-built loader lifts to a maximum height of 4.1m and up to 2.1 tonnes.

It is the biggest tractor the company has built to date and comes in the firm’s 120th year.

Available from June, the retail prices will start at £47,000 + VAT, with a list price of the loader of £7,000 + VAT.

Kubota’s product portfolio now includes 24 tractor models between 12 and 132hp, 13 ride-on mowers and four all-terrain vehicles.

The new tractor can be seen on demo plot 6 at the Scotsgrass Show alongside the rest of the M Series range and the RTV 900.
