Kubota launches L4100 mid-range tractor

Kubota has unveiled a new addition to its standard tractor range.

The L4100 mid-range tractor joins the Kubota family of straightforward machines with power, speed and versatility.

It will be part of the L range which includes the well established L3200 standard tractor model.

The L4100 is fitted with the Kubota E-TVCS (Three Vortex Combustion System), indirect injection diesel engine, generating 41.6hp or 34.5 PTO hp.

It is fitted with a 42-litre fuel tank to give long range and Kubota claims it has cleaner emissions, high torque and low noise and vibration.

The L4100 utilises an 8 forward x 4 reverse speed transmission, with Kubota's sliding gear range shift system.

Wet inboard disk brakes and a differential lock are standard.

Its lift capacity is 1,300kg (at the link arms) and it has optional draft control, trailer tipping pipe and auxiliary hydraulic valves. Full hydrostatic power steering, matched with Kubota's bevel gear 4WD system means light, responsive, tighter turning.

The operator platform has ample legroom and the hanging type pedals allow easier access on and off the machine.

The levers and controls have been ergonomically positioned for comfort and ease of use.

The one-piece fully opening bonnet allows quick access to the engine, making maintenance checks simple and the foldable ROPS ensures operator safety.
