For several years now, Keukenhof
has chosen to feature a different theme country each season. From 21 March to 20 May, Keukenhof will be paying a tribute to the UK, which is an important export market for Dutch flowering bulbs and a growing source of tourists to the Dutch attraction. In 2012 around 70.000 British visitors passed through the gates of Keukenhof.
The planting of the Big Ben andTower Bridge on 18 October highlighted the autumn planting of bulbs at Keukenhof. Over the next few months, approximately seven million flower bulbs will be planted in the park. Visitors can shop at the Keukenhof National Flower Bulb Market.
In 2013, Keukenhof will be open from 21 March until 20 May.
