Jonathan Mills has joined Capita Symonds as the company's senior arboriculturist in the Midlands. Mills' new role will involve new business development for Capita Symonds' Countryside Management Services. His initial project is to work with Continental Landscapes and Wolverhampton Homes to develop tree-management strategies on housing estates in Wolverhampton.
