Jacobsen Eclipse mower to be used at KLM Open

The Jacobsen Eclipse pedestrian greens mower is to be used at the KLM Open at the Kennemer Golf & Country Club in Zandyoort, Holland.

The mowers, supplied by Ransomes Jacobsen distributor Van der Pols, will be used during the tournament on 23-26 August.

The Eclipse has a floating head and is the latest in the pedestrian greens mower range from Ransomes.

It uses electric motors for traction and mowing, and is supplied with a 48V drop-in battery pack or a 48V genset powered by a 4.6hp Honda petrol engine.

The electric drive allows the frequency of clip to be adjusted to the user's requirements.
