The housing provider is seeking grounds maintenance services across Bristol, BANES, Somerset and south Gloucester.
It requires a 'Total Site Care' approach meaning that all asset types at all sites are to be maintained at or above contract standard at all times during the course of the contract period.
"Contractors must allow for sufficient resources to allow all assets to be kept to a high standard throughout the horticultural year, taking into account peaks in some works eg. hedge cutting which must not be allowed to have a detrimental impact on other assets eg. grass cutting", LiveWest Homes said.
The tender will run from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.
The deadline date for receipt of expressions of interest is 9 October 2023.
