Huge grounds maintenance tender from London borough

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham is tendering a huge ten-year contract for grounds maintenance for its open spaces.

The contract is worth £41,200,000 and is split into four lots:

Lot 1 - Parks, open spaces, cemeteries and highways

Lot 2 - Green and other spaces within housing land

Lot 3 - Wormwood Scrub open space (part of)

Lot 4 - All Council trees

The tender submission deadline is 8 February 2021
