Negotiation specialist ReSharpen has joined the HTA Cost Reduction Programme (CRoP) which aims to help horticultural businesses cut operational costs.
ReSharpen focuses on negotiation, cost-cutting and giving businesses greater control.
The company's services are relevant to suppliers and retailers and can be applied across all areas of horticulture. Recent successes include a £300,000 annual cost reduction for a garden centre group.
ReSharpen executive chairman John Eustace said: "We welcome the opportunity to work with growers, suppliers and retailers as partners in CRoP. We look forward to using our expertise in negotiation and supply chain to support HTA members as they face the challenges of managing difficult seasonal conditions against a backdrop of structural change in the industry."
ReSharpen's Joanna Dyson will be taking part in The Big Debate at the HTA Garden Futures Conference which takes place on 17 October at One Great George Street, London.
The debate will focus on growing your market through the supply chain.
